When you book a call with us, you are taken to Calendly, a third party scheduling platform, to choose a time. Calendly collects the details you provide there, which usually includes your name, your email address, and any notes you choose to add. We receive your booking details (name, email, and selected time) once you confirm, so we can prepare for and contact you about the call.

When you become a client, we may collect additional information needed to carry out the work. This can include business details, access credentials for platforms we manage on your behalf, brand assets, and billing information. We only ask for what is necessary to complete the agreed scope of work.

We also collect basic technical information when you visit our website, such as your general location and the type of device or browser you are using. This information is collected in an aggregated form by our hosting provider as part of normal website operation. It is not used to identify you personally.
